Alex is hypothetical; the steps are what matters.
Example step 1: Alex finds the hoodie
Alex likes a hoodie on our site and clicks the GTBuy button. With a link from somewhere else, Alex would paste it into the link converter. GTBuy links are built from the marketplace and item number, which the converter reads from a Weidian, Taobao, Tmall or 1688 address.
Example step 2: Alex checks the details
Alex measures a favourite hoodie in centimetres and compares it with the size chart. The colour names are loose translations, so Alex matches the option to a listing photo. Alex reads the price on GTBuy itself, since the figure on our product page is a reference only.
Example step 3: Alex leaves a note
Two greys look alike. Alex adds an order note naming the photo of the one wanted.
Example step 4: Alex pays
The payment covers the hoodie and, normally, its delivery to GTBuy's warehouse within China. International shipping is not included.
Example step 5: Alex waits
GTBuy places the order and the seller ships it. Alex watches the status change and does nothing else until the hoodie is in the warehouse.
Variation: a 1688 item
Had Alex picked a 1688 listing, a minimum quantity might apply, because 1688 is a wholesale marketplace.
Alex's next task: checking QC photos. Want ideas for your own first order? Try best finds.
